Writing Prompt:

Write something you want to tackle or overcome, and how you’ll get there.


I think that writing down something you want to overcome has a way of liberating us. Then when we map out the steps, we know take the steps to take to get there.


I've made my plan of what I'd like to overcome, and writing it on paper makes it feel less intimidating, and the steps make it feel bite size and doable. Now all that's left is to take action on it! You can do it, you beautiful being!
